We invite you to participate in our Spoken Word IG Live. Whether you want to share your discourse with the MHD fam or simply jump in to listen to some moving words, we would LOVE to have you.

About the event
- DM @hannahlacivita if you would like to participate or have any questions! We are so excited to share this experience with you all!
- We want YOU to take creative liberty, you are not limited to any specific type of writing. Poetry reading, slam poetry, jazz poetry, prose monologues, journal entries, songs, etc. are all acceptable entries.
- Your performance is limited to 5 minutes maximum to respect the time of everyone involved.
- If your entry references any sensitive topics (suicide, self harm, eating disorders, etc.) please include a brief trigger warning prior to your performance to allow guests a chance to exit the live if they so choose. Again, MHD is committed to creating a safe space for the fam, so please respect this rule and each other!
